IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 81 Adopt YEAS: 33 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Dahlstrom, Edgmon, Fairclough, Foster, Gardner, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Herron, Johansen, Johnson, Joule, Kawasaki, Keller, Kelly, Lynn, Millett, Munoz, Neuman, Olson, Petersen, Ramras, Salmon, Seaton, Stoltze, Thomas, Tuck, Wilson Nays: Buch, Crawford, Doogan, Gara, Holmes, Kerttula Excused: Gatto And so, the House adopted CCS HB 81. Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the appropriations in Section 27 from the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted. 2009-04-15 House Journal Page 0985 Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that the question be divided. The Speaker ruled that the question was divisible. There being no objection, the question of the appropriations from the constitutional budget reserve fund was divided. Part A: Section 27(a) and (c) The question being: "Shall the House adopt the appropriations in Section 27(a) and (c) from the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska)?" Part B: Section 27(d), (e), (f), and (g) Representative Johansen placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the appropriations in Section 27(d), (e), (f), and (g) from the constitutional budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska)?"
